They create products that support independence while offering safeguards against fraud and misuse.
What I worked on…..
This was my first real UX design role, where I worked on optimizing existing processes by designing and refining user flows. My contributions included redesigning the Beneficiary page and building out flows for several features to improve efficiency and usability across the platform.
